Need Suggestions for Lights

im really clueless about what I will need. im going to set up a low tech planted one gallon bowl. since it is low light plants I will be dealing with, I wouldnt have to bother with lights as much. but I still want lights. im looking for bulbs so anyone has suggestions on which kind?

Removed attachment.

You can use a screw in CFL bulb and a desk lamp. That would be MORE than enough to provide light to a 1 gallon bowl.
