Par 30 bulbs

What's the life expectancy on a par 30 bulb, considering it runs approximately 12hrs a day? I saw online 50,000hrs is that correct? If so that's amazing. That's 50,000 divided by 12 is 4000 days divided by 365 is 11 years !!!!! I'm terrible at math, someone tell me if this is correct or if I've lost my marbles.

Yep, led's have a life of about 50000 hours usually. One of the plus'es of going led.
