Koralias are a very good PH. On a 60, I'd shoot for a pair of 2s or 3s. I'm a high flow believer though. A lot of folks would probably go with less.
 
One K3 would be a very good start. From there, just watch your tank, the inhabitants, etc. and adjust if need be. I'm an engineer by trade so I live redundancy... based on that, I'd say two K2s or a K2 & a K1 would be preferable to one K3. That way if one fails, you still have some flow. Cost and space are of concern though of course.
