so first off new to this site... hi everyone

I have a 90 gallon tank and im just starting to look at live plants.. i have been to a few different stores and i was thinking about buying a fixture from lowes and hanging it over the tank. im looking at a 48 in 4 bulb (T8) fixture.. max watt of 128.. as for the bulbs i would be using 32 watt (T8) bulbs with a 6500K color temp and 2700 lumens. would something like this be good for my tank i want to grow high light plants.. total price would be $90.00 thats fixture and 12 bulbs..
