URGENT Please advise on this Crack / Scratch

Hi All,

I would greatly appreciate your help in identifying whether this is a scratch or a crack, and what to do in the case that it is a crack? It is on the outer bottom pane, and can feel it with my nail. The interior part of the pane is completely unaffected.

It is a new aquarium not filled with water yet however, a refund is not a possibility, so do I need to order a new one or will this not be a problem?

Tank characteristics: 10mm glass, 80cmx45cmx40cm 144l

Please, any help you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hard to tell from the photos but I would be wary that it is a crack especially since it appears to go all the way to the edge of the pane. You might try to view it with a flashlight at an angle and try to identify how deep into the pane it goes.
