Thank you all! I'm planning on starting my breeding strain from this pair, plus my other cream lyretail females. :)

They look great I have some to 1 male 3 females and there breeding but put hiding points next to the surface the baby's need more oxygen

I love my live bearers! :) I have a separate tank for my female that's dropping. When my females get close to their due dates, I move them to a planted 10 gallon. Then after she is done dropping, I move her to my recovery tank. Which is another planted 10 gallon. After about a week I move her back to her breeding tank.

I'm in the process of building a plywood tank. It's going to be 80 inches long, 30 inches wide and only 10 inches deep (without substrate). It will be broken into 8 individual tanks with glass dividers and all have their own over flows and returns. This tank will hold all my breeders, which I'm hoping to have 1 male and 3 females in each compartment, which will be heavily planted. Then eventually I will be making a fry rack modeled after the one Ted Judy, from YouTube, has made. Hope all my plans work out. ;)

So my female dropped! Since I'm not certain an the lineage in which these fish came from, i can't be certain that they are from my sailfin male. Either way, they are from the sailfin female and some sailfin male! And they're cute!
