Do a google search and you will get a number of articles on breeding neons. All are a little different, and some are actually wrong. One of the first breeding records in Breeding Tropical Fish, had them breed at 72F, in rain water, with the parents conditioned separately. The fry are too small to start on baby brine shrimp. It is a fair bit of work and things have to be just right to be successful.A nice challenge.
