Firemouths

I have a 30 gallon im am going to build it to be a tank for a pair of firemouths.

Any and all info on them would be great, done allot of reaserch and just wanted to hear your experinces.

Only problem i am going to have is getting a male and female, the LFS only has one right now so i have a little time before they get more. When i go to pick them out, behavior? looks? they are all only 2 inches and i know that makes it difficult to sex, but a shot in the general direction is better than wild guesing lol

If i cant get any help im just going to play Bieber and which everones try and kill themselves are boys, and the ones that start gettin all up on the glass are girls... I need better ideas lmao
