How to care for platy babies?

My platy just gave birth and I need help on how to care for them. So far there are two, but I think she's still in labor while I'm writing this. I put them in a breeder's box to keep them safe from the other fish (3 male platys, 2 females). I feed the adult fish the fancy guppy food by Hikari. The pellets are small but I'm not sure if the babies can eat it and how much/ how often I should feed them. Does anyone know if this food is okay for them and if not what I should use?
Also, is three weeks a good amount of time to keep them in there? I want to make sure they will be big enough to not be eaten.

it's not that hard to raise them. Crush those pellets.
