Why do my Kribs lay a small amount of eggs?

I have had 6 groups of Fry laid and every time there are like maybe 12 Fry. Don't get me wrong, every time the eggs hatch I light up. I have just seen other people get like 50 eggs.

Does anyone know why there is a reason for this? They are in a 10 gallon tank. Could this be the reason?

it could be possible that your kribs are laying many eggs but some may be unfertilized or something is infecting some of the eggs. Hope everything works out, i love kribs, i'm growing out a batch of my own just now =D
