how to do a new thread

hi i am lost with trying to creat a new post or thread in the area that i want can someone please tell me where to go to start these

ive tryed to in other forums but cant find the button to start a new on lol ill get the hang of it soon i hope thankyou for your help

It's literally in the same place. Almost at the top of the screen, just under the banner ad.

Click forums at the top, then choose the catergory you want to post in, and on the top there should be a button that says "new thread."
