    Every time I have my tank cleaned they leave the water leveled in the bio ball refugium sump and two days later the water goes down to about 1in. it only covers the part of the pump that pushes the water up. I try putting more water in and the same thing happens over and over and the water level...

    yes I do have it all. the reading in the small syringe is .01 right next to the long tip. What reading is that.
