I'll use the 50/50 mix of water and vinegar to clean the tank. Will the sand be safe to use if its been sitting "wet" from the last 6 months? I kept about 1" of water over it. It was only used in the tank for about 4 months before we ended up selling our house and moving. Thanks.

Wondering if a TDS reading of 16-18ppm is alright. My tap water is absolutely horrid at 560-580ppm. I just checked my TDS after the membrane but BEFORE the DI. Getting a reading of 36ppm. That works out to a 94-95% rejection considering feed water is going in at 560-580 Now looking at my DI...
