It's time, just don't add too much at once. One or two fish a week to give the bio-filter time to adjust to the new load. A clownfish and a starfish will be fine....now comes the fun part of aquarium keeping. Enjoy.

A refractometer is more accurate, just make sure it's calibrated. You can check the calibration by applying freshwater and making sure it reads 0 . If not adjust up or down.

Fuzzy's take awhile to adjust in a new tank. They can take as long as 3-5 days to be comfortable enough to eat sometimes. To stimulate appetite try live ghost shrimp. All lionfish LOVE shrimp.

Never put an anemone in a brand new tank. You need a well established tank as they need perfect conditions.

Just get some sand sifting creatures and make sure your tank has good flow, and you shouldn't ever have to clean your sand. There's no good way to do it anyway, because if you try to suck up debri with a gravel siphon you end up sucking up all your sand also. Nassirius are a good start. A...
