Can you use housing bricks and rooting tiles in a tank and is it daft for fish?

Every time I add new fish and have the bags in the tank my neons make a jump I get round it by covering the tank as much as I can but they still find gaps

Does anyone else have a problem with neons jumping out the tank?

Iv got five angels in a 50 litre tank I know they will out grow the tank but you should be okay with two

hah that's cool you could get on well with angel fish

Keep you're water clean, I do a 40 percent water change weekly, it's a bit over the top but iv just got 3 new ones and they have fin rot and the big water changes are great for them, I have lots of plants for all the smaller fish to hide from the angels

Well I have co2 now that's why I'm thinking baby tears

I did have some but it slowly rooted away due to no co2 so I'm thinking of getting some baby tears
