    Fish for my 29 gallon

Clowns are a better choice...they can be kept in even smaller tanks, although I wouldn't suggest much smaller. I made the mistake (back in the day) of trying to fit a green chromis in a 7 gal and I replaced it with a blue damsel once it died...neither lasted.

Anyone keep other pond fish besides koi and goldfish?

I saw that you live in Texas, you can probably get away with the tropicals and some NA native fishes due to the climate. I have also read about people keeping sharks (yes, I said it) in outdoor saltwater ponds after very CAREFUL preparation and measurements. BTW, this is my first post/visit...

    Waterfalls

I have heard about it. It is waterfall sealer, used to seal all gaps in a rock. Quite useful, but the longer the waterfall and the more rocks, the more foam

    how to introduce fish???

Perhaps a yellow tang? I don't think that blue tangs are agressive to other tangs of a different species. Check reports of them on websites like liveaquaria.com. I have heard them coexisting in tanks together.

Getting stuff from the Beach ok?

Well, i probably wouldn't do a crab. They are already wild, and they probably would love to munch on your smaller fish. Live sand, i am not as sure about. Wouldn't try it if i was you. Will have different things in it that aquarium live sand doesn't have. Oh, and what is your aquarium temp...

    saltwater pond ?

Hey, if you do do it, i would like to comment on your fish selection. First, the shark will probably jump out. If you did not know, shark owners often bolt the lids down to prevent jumping. Also, the shark would tear the sea stars apart. Post any pics if you do it. Show it in the making and all...

    My Three Waterfalls

Wow, those are really good prices. Did they take you long to make?

five gallon hex what to put in it?

Nope. Males normally only coexist for sexing/mating season and then they stop being 'friendly'. I wouldn't recommend that. Also, another fish might not be a good choice with a betta. Bettas have extremely fragile fins, and the tank is only five gallons. I would stop with one betta. Maybe you...

just an update on my tank.

Very nice! How much LR do you have in there for the Mandarin? Do you have enough? And what did you do with the 30 gal? Good luck on your tank. Be sure to keep us updated with pics and new entries.
