i would use a quarter dose of melafix for a week. then at least a 25% water change every or every other week. i don't personally think your tank is over crowded more like it didnt cycle properly.

i think he was just getting use to his new tank. seems like hes staying at the middle now. if no one knows what this fish is you should investigate them there are a really neat fish.

i just purchased this fish on sat and he seems to stay at the bottom of the tank. he goes to the top of the tank at night but during the day he stays at the bottom. i know the marble gar is not actually a gar but a pike but there also supposed to stay at the top. i guess my question is arnt they...
