When if you even talk about upgrading your tank your roomates look at you with concern . When you have to fight to it buy another fish and if you do you try to sneak it in so your roomates don't say I thought you were done

Gouramies are suceptible to lots of disease and Can be sensitive . I had two out of my three die so I won't buy anymore ... Plus it depends on where you buy from

I would try one tum once a week and if that doesn't help slowly increase it nd keep an eye on your ph and its stability

No heater or filters the house never gets below 68 and is usually at 70 but my room holds heat better than rest of the house . I feed pellets and the occasional dried shrimp or bloodworm . I skip feeding at least once a week
