When if you even talk about upgrading your tank your roomates look at you with concern . When you have to fight to it buy another fish and if you do you try to sneak it in so your roomates don't say I thought you were done

Well my female died shortly after qaurentine and trying some meds....she was not ready to birth yet but was preety close ... I know sounds weird but I cut her open to see if she had any viable fry ... I cleaned my filter pads ... Way overdue it was mud water when I rinsed them and I added xtra...
Well she died preety fast after I went to quarentine her and tried give her a lil bit of meds I thought would help I decided I see if it was cuz her pregnancy but after opening her up I saw that the fry were not fully developed yet

Sand won't affect ph ... I used playsand and rinsed 3-4 times before adding to tank and it toon an hour or more to settle make sure to put your fish in different tank or in a good large bucket or tub while changing substrate... I emptied like 75% of my water when I changed mine and waited for...
