I rescued a male crowntail betta from Walmart, his fins were torn for some reason and I thought I'd share how happy he is in his new tank! He's been in the tank now for about 3 months.

Just a quick update... It seems he really enjoys all the space--he is now swimming and darting around contantly, after eating well this morning. I think he just needed some energy! Now he looks very happy in his spacious home, thanks everyone for the quick replies! :]

I have a 29 gallon. Right now there's a 5 inch long pleco, full grown male angelfish, one male betta, and three females dalmation mollies. The male angelfish seems like he wants a companion or more--he just seems lonely.

I got some maracyn-two from the LFS and now I think my fish have fungus. Will it still treat that?

I added the medication this morning again. They really seemed to enjoy the big water change (about 65-70% change). But the angelfish that looks really bad seems to have fungus all over its body now. The maracyn-two doesn't treat fungus....should I get the regular Maracyn to control the...

I've heard they're hard to raise and are really picky about water and what to be fed. And are angelfish good tankmates for them? I have four angelfish right now and two are a pair and lay eggs a lot.

Good news! I got home today and took a good close look at the eggs and I think I see wigglers! About half a dozen have started this stage. I'm soooo excited! ^_^
