What kind of fish work well with angelfish?

I have an adult male angelfish. First question-- would it be okay to introduce younger angels (like, 4-5 of them?) Is there a good chance he would get really aggressive towards them, or is there a safer way to do this?

2nd question--if not other angels, what goes well with angelfish? I also have a male betta and a pleco with him.

What size is your tank? You may have some issues of compatibility with the size and that betta that is in there.

I would recommend cories and gourami

i would NOT another angel unless your tank is bigger than 30gallons.

That betta is trouble - I wouldn't trust him with the angel.

I have a 29 gallon. The betta and angel seem to just ignore each other.

One adult angel will hold a 29 as his own. I think he would hurt any other angels added to your tank. Tetras and cories make good tank mates.
