    sounds less like bacteria and more like a parasite. Black Spot or Tang Disease - Black Ich Diagnosis and Treatment try this link and see if the picture matches the black spots on your fish.

    tetra flake foods and some of their pellets I have found they have had worm eggs in them and the more you feed the more worms. They didn't seem to bother the fish but i didn't like them. I had to totally clean out the tank and stop the foods. I had to then clean it again about a month later...

    They are not too aggressive they normaly ignore their tankmates. And their mouths are shaped so it is hard for them to eat on larger fish like angels.

    Sounds like dropsy. This means the fish is not able to process the water it takes in through the kidneys.
