Really like the new set up. Have you thought about adding something on the back of the tank. Maybe a a dark back drop, would make the plants pop out more IMO.

Not sure on the med part, I have never used them. Hopefully someone comes along that knows more about the meds.

I would leave the filter on. Is it adjustable to where you can put it on a lower setting?

Don't be to hard on yourself I did the same thing last week to my half-moon. He had some ripped and missing fins. I put him back in the tank and just kept a close eye on him. I left the lights off for a day so he wouldn't be too stressed. I feed him like I always did and he is doing real...

The smelly the food the better. I found that frozen brine shrimp works good. While they have trouble seeing their sense of smell seems to be better. I put a few small pieces in the tank and they can always find it pretty quickly. Feeding them in the same place also helps.

Liveaquria is pretty good. They have fish, inverts, and plants.

I took the feeder out and they where all alive and waiting to be fed when I got home. As usual, great advice from this site saved my tank

Are Fish Antibiotics Safe for Human Consumption? This is an interesting blog on the subject. If things get so bad that all I have available is fish meds then I think I may have bigger problems to worry about.

Shrimp would be good for that size tank. I like ghost shrimp, they are active and fairly cheap. REd Cherry Shrimp are nice as well, but I have trouble finding places that stock them.

What size tank do you keep yours in?

I guess it's cheaper than EPT, lol. That is just crazy.

And the pregnancy test thing is just weird, how the heck did they do that?
