I should have said tank is 200lts and for 3 weeks i was doing a 25lt wc every 2 days, it seem to fuel the bloody stuff, i moved the tabk the other week took out the sand, cleaned all the rock in RO and added 80% new water, looked ok for 2 days then bam back again

I think its dinos but do not no the beat way to treat it! Iv read that Fauna Marin Ultra Algae X is very good at getting rid of this crap

Hi guys iv had the 2nd hand set up since dec/13 and for the past 2 months i have been battling a very bad algea problem, could i get an id and a way yo remove it plz, iv taken all the sand out and had a 3 day black out but it came back Latests tests are Phos 0 ( false ) Nitrates 0.2 ( false)...

So I would like to get some algae to grow on my granit rocks and slate to add to the defect of my ciclid tank, I was thinking of filling a spare 3ft tank filling it with water from my tanks and leaving in the garden for a few days, then add the rock on maybe day 5/6 and leaving till I get the...

Also iv got another pair that have laid twice now and the male has done his deed, but the next day they've eaten them, I got them off a guy who said he never had any eggs and he had them from baby's himself,

The mom laid eggs last night? so that was prob why then, I'm going to remove mom&dad once they become wriggles

They were free swimmers for about 3 days, all eating well on bbs them bam all gone in the space of a few hours!! Mom dose look a little plump tho

Update: no sign of any fry today :-( think mom&dad have eaten them :-(
