I do water changes weekly I do a drip acclimation if it is a more expensive fish or delicate one but most I just do the bag and my tap water parameters I will have to get tomorrow but I do know the ph is about 7.4

I add the fish by putting the bag in the water for about 20 min and then dump all the water out and only put the fish in with a net

I have been feeding them the same fish food from the start top fin tropical fish flakes

I haven't added any decor or anything like that for a couple of weeks

I have had the Otos for about 2 months and the swordtail for only like 2 weeks

I did a water change about a week ago and that includes using the gravel vacuum

There are 5 glowlight tetras 4 neon tetras 1 swordtail 2 platys 1 Molly 1 otoculous 1 bamboo shrimp and 3 guppies

I'm using the tetra whisper ex30

It's a 28 gallon tank and has been set up and cycled for about 3 months

One swordtail has died and three otoculous. He swordtail looked normal but the Otos were big around their bellies.

I just had 2 Otos does and now a swordtail today so I did a water test and have a high ph of about 8.4 and nitrates are at about 7ppm ammonia is about at zero maybe .25ppm so should I do a big water change or what?

Ya I have java moss and some other plants but it looks like they cleaned all my algae in like 2 days

The title says it what should I feed RCS. I went to the store and didn't know what food to buy for them. So what do I need to feed them any advice is appreciated thanks.
