i have 2 6500k cfl bubs that hang above the tank bout 8 inches and i leave them on for 8 hours

I water change once a weeks about 5 gallons. beside the filter(penguin 350)... i don't have any other follow ill going to pull out some of the rock today a clean...i have tried to siphoning the stuff off of the plants and i even pull the plants out and clean them off then put them back in

been fighting this the last 2 months

can ne one give me some help on this

i have a planted 20 gal long....is that going to be enough room

atm i have 4 emerald eye rasbora(4 died on me..don't know why) 5 het rasbora( going to get 3 or 4 more) and 1 albino BN pleco. i want to get a centerpiece fish. I was thinking a GBR or and dwarf gourami..any subjugation
