20 gal long tank:
2 cfl 6500k (probably going to get another one) they run 12 hours a day prob going to drop it to 8 or 9
marineland penguin 350 filter

substrate:
eoc-complete with small rock to cap it

plants:
java fern
strurgyne repens
wistera

fish
bristlanose albino pleco
5 het rasboras(going to get 3 more)
would like to get 8 more of some kind of schooling fish

i dont know much about co2 trying to get a carpet in my tank

I think it would be alright. Just watch the bioload.

Not sure about 8 more fish. Depends on what they are. Maybe neons? They have small bioload to make up for the pleco.

Staurogyne Repens can be a carpet if they grow well and you carpet them.

Might be a bit big but I think they look amazing. Congo tetras. If you like the look of them but your worried about your bioload just do a bigger water change more frequent. That's what I do it means I can add an extra couple of fish.

I do the same. All my tanks are between 100%-115% stocked and changing extra water doesn't bother me if I can keep a few extra

It's brown/green algae. reduce photoperiod to 8 hours a day with a break in the middle 4-off-4-off.
