I was reading that air bubblers will gas off your co2. I have a 29 g with an emperor 280 with bio wheel filter. When i dose carbon i usually turn lights on for about 30 minutes before. Should i also be turning filter off? If so for how long and should i float the biowheel somewhere to keep wet...

Maybe some sort of pot scrubber or sponge would let water pass and filter fine particles? I know it would have to not having any soap or additives and be rinsed very well. Sent from my SCH-S738C using Aquarium Advice mobile app
