Yeah, I was shocked to have 75 one day then 3 the next. Couldn't figure out why they had eaten the rest and chose to guard the cave with only 3. The next day I was more shocked to find 10 in there. I think they're playing with my head.

My kribs spawned, the fry hatched (about 75) and the all but 3 disappeared the second day. Now 4 days later at least 10 of them have reappeared in the cave! My krib tank has started growing green hair algae on the plants. The kribs pick at it but don't really put too much of a dent in it. Is there any fish that will eat this stuff?

I was just at my LFS. I asked if an albino krib and a kribensis pulchra would mate. They said yes, but something about the way they answered made me wonder. Will they and if so, what will these mutts look like and is it unhealthy for the fry?

I have a small female krib whose belly is swollen and very red. Does this mean she has eggs? Also, of the three kribs I have, I thought I had a male and 2 females. The more I look at them I think I have 2 males and a female. What sort of trouble am I looking at and what should I do?

My kribensis live in one of the caves I make, but just outside the cave entrance, I placed some nice plants that I thought would provide good cover for the fry. HOWEVER, the kribs are apparently unappreciative of my efforts and are dining on their plants. Are there any plants that they won't eat?
