My tank has been set up and cycling for 5 days now.. Today I noticed some thing growing on the sand substrate that I can only describe as a jelly like white mold film cover thing.. It sways in the current! I have no idea what it is and if it is harmful =s Any information would be great! Thanks!

Ok so my 29G tank has been set up for 2 days and I thought I would take a measurement of the water parameters. They read as: pH - 6.5 Nitrite - 0 Nitrate - 0 GH - 180 KH - 180 It is quite heavily planted, but correct me if i'm wrong. Surely these level as safe to start adding a few fish...

Hey I have just set up a 29g tank with and external canister filter (Eheim pro II 2026) and was wondering, do I.. A - Have the output on the right hand side and the intake on the left? or B - Have them both on the left hand side?

I noticed that i have some small white leeching looking creatures in my 6g planted tank. Live stock is Amano shrimp and Otos. they have all been in there for about 3 weeks. Where have they come from and how do I get rid of them? Any suggestions? Thanks! P.S. The leeches are only about 2-3mm...
