I have found that dosing tanks with coral on a weekly basis is a great way to keep your corals vibrant and increases coral growth! This is my Duncan coral that grew to over 85 heads within two years. I bought it as a 4 headed frag and have it under a 400 watt metal halide.

Well the bar has just been set higher yet again. That coral growth is awesome! Everything seems to be thriving.

It depends on the type of coral sps, lps, polyps and leathers can all be fragged as can basically most any coral. But the techniques and tools used differ and range in difficulty polyps and leathers seem to be the easiest for me.
