3 days a week and always a large variety of frozen foods rods food is great also reef nutrition I use their krill and phytofeast and I dose with supplements 3 times a week as well and i currently have a 250 watt mh over my tank and the Duncan enjoys moderate to high flow. Ideally mine likes the flow greatest just beyond it's reach when open

I have one of those..two heads on a frag plug. Right now I have it at the bottom of the tank with a decent water flow under CFs but am getting ready to move it to a Nanocube with an LED setup. Your description should help with the new placement and extra care and hopefully get it to grow :)..the heads look larger than when I got it but it is still just a pair.

Which Rod's Food are you using and which suppplements? I do dose with B-Ionic after each water change, once a week, and someone else put me onto Rod's Food Herbivore for my Blenny.

I use any of the rods food, I feed the tank about once a week which means I turn off all the pumps for about 15 minutes. I got one with just one head about a year ago now it has about 15 maybe 20 because of the little tiny ones keep popping up.
