Yes! You need to get the heat up there. At certain temperatures, ICH multiplies like crazy and you dont want to spend too much time at that temperature, IIRC its in the low-mid 80's. There was a time when I had an ICH outbreak in my 55g tank years ago, and I had to keep the temp at 92f for 2.5...

Ok so I broke down the 10g hospital tank I had set up for my cory that died last saturday. I rinsed out the tank real well, the decorations, the heater, the filter, and the thermometer I had in there. Is it safe to say that letting it air dry and sit for a 2-3 weeks will kill the columnaris...

Yeah, unfortunately he didnt make it through the night :( I was hoping quarantining him with some aquarium salt would help but apparently he was damaged beyond repair.
