ok in about a week or so i ws guuna empty out my tank and clean it all out anb maybe change the substrate and put it on a new stand. what steps shold i take and how should i do them? oh and i was going to change my substrate to sand and i was thinking i was guna keep some of my water in order...

im not complaining about toomuch algae, the problem is my pleco has eaten ALL the algae and im worried because i havent seen him eat in awhile what can i do

i have 2 algofoi(spelling) corys and when the lights are on one of them is like the other but when the lights are out he turnes almost white. does this happen to anyone else with any other sort of fish? (or the same)

ok i have two red eyed tetras or head and tail light or whatever tetras as of this moment and im planning on getting more but they were my test fish and they seem to be doing just fine but will they eat worms because they seem to go into a feeding frenzy whe i put any food in there

ok i just got this fish and ive been looking all over indetifying sites and i have not yet found it it looks like a minnow but is black and white in no certain pattern and his anal and dorsal fins reach back close to its tail

tank girl recommended that i start a new post so here goes.... im cycling my tank now finally and she recommended to start the ammonia in the tank by adding food everyday, but she didnt know how to measure or how u could tell if it is starting so please help if you have experience with cycling...
