Looks like when the I get the tank set up and a Betta in I will put in a couple Ghost Shrimp and if they don't do well with Betta I'll just put them in my other tank since my other tank could use a few more.

I did it. Haven't seen any issues. Just make sure to clean it off. I threw it at the ground then rinsed it off with filtered water.
