Is something wrong with my fishes?? They are going to the surface to get air. It just happened today. In my 10 gal tank. Water parameter are normal. Air pump in. 2 live plants. 1 fake plant. 1 hiding place. 1glass dolphin.

Well look at the fins if nipped

Its on decor and plant + the filter

And they are red green brown and black algae

The algae are small so i cant get it sorry :(

How big is it?? When did u set it up?? How much gallons??

He/she is overcrowding the tank. Dont let that happen ive done that with 5 zebra danio 5 neon tetra 2 albino cory 11 ghost shrimps and 5 guppies in my 10 gal so there was a massive ammonia explosion and some died

I have had my fish tank for 5 months now and i have this algae problem that i have been trying to get rid of for 1 month. I feed them in a pattern one day i feed the next dont etc. fluorescent lighting. 5 neon tetra. 3 plant. One fake plant. 2 filter one aqua clear, other top fin. 10 gallon tank.

How many plants??? What type??? What light does it need?? Does it need co2??? Does it help with algae?? How long does it live??
