Help! What is it? Is it alive??

Wow! My mind is blown! Thank you for your help with the identification. I didn't know if it was the snails, some weird bug got in the tank somehow, or if it was some strange breed of bacteria. I have never thought about having snail babies. I'm sure a lot would hatch. Hmm.. I wonder if my...

Help! What is it? Is it alive??

I opened my hood tonight for the feeding and found this. It looks like its alive! :( I have one Angel, 5 round banded barbs, five x-ray tetras, a ghost shrimp, and 2 nerite snails, 1 mystic snail (it's body is the same color of this "thing"). Any ideas on what this is? Should I remove it?

    Help!! Babies

Most of the babies will be sucked up into the filter too. You can take an old panty hose (or buy a bubble gum set at walmart for .50) and tie it over the bottom of the filter to prevent this. :)

    Help!! Babies

You can get a fry basket to hang off of the edge, or there is a plant called hornwort. The fry can hide up in the corner in this plant. I had some Molly's who had babies and 5 of them survived. (They had babies like crazy). They grew up and all was well until my thermometer malfunctioned and...
