You will prob have to cut the threaded part off the bottle to make the hole big enough for the fish. Put some food in it and they will eventually go in after it. I have also had luck attaching a 2 liter bottle to a dowel rod. Cut the bottom off of it an put it in the tank and squirt food...

chaeto will not grow without light.

Cut the top off and flip it over and fasten it so it makes a "funnel" going into the bottle. They go in but can not figure out how to get out.

Never on ebay. Lots of people on here have frags available. Especially common stuff like xenia, gsp, and zoos.

Putting some filter media from the main will help seed the QT tank but you will still see a NH3 reading so have some SW ready for changes.

Get same species either get one larger or smaller. They will change sex accordingly. larger female, smaller male. If you get the same size they will fight until established and sex determined.
