    Oscar Tankmates

Okay well what if the Pleco was out of the equation? I do have a heated pond in which I could move him to.

    Oscar Tankmates

Waste doesn't seem like too much of a problem as I have a 35g sump and well as 2 undergravel filters, but I could be wrong.

    Oscar Tankmates

Really? Doesn't seem over stocked and other people on other sites have many more in their tank and are not over stocked at all.

    Oscar Tankmates

Hello all! I have a 120g with a Red Oscar, Tiger Oscar, and a Common Pleco in it. I still want a couple more fish in the tank but don't know what's compatible. I want a Red Tail Barracuda or maybe a Bichir in there but I'm up for any suggestions.

    120g Stocking Ideas

I need help coming up with ideas for stocking my tank. I want a cichlid tank but not a bunch of small ones. I want more or less bigger ones. I would also want a pleco in the tank as I really do have a love for them. You think a common pleco would be okay with cichlids?

    120g Freshwater Setup/Stock

Could I keep all the fish you said in the tank? (Blood Parrot, Firemouth, Severum, blue Acara, Eartheaters, Jack Dempseys, Tiger Oscar, and Green Terror). I'll assume just some of those because that sounds a little crowded.

    120g Freshwater Setup/Stock

Huh sounds like my sort of tank! I know about BGK's and African butterflies but not the others. I'll look into them now!

    120g Freshwater Setup/Stock

Okay awesome, thanks! I suppose I'll take it out because it can be a pretty big eyesore.

    120g Freshwater Setup/Stock

Well I really like bottom feeders and oddball fish. I was looking at green terror cichlids but I'm not sure what I could have with them. Any ideas? (Btw its a 120g, not 85g).

    120g Red Terror Tank

Well just found that there is Green Terrors as well and they've seemed to catch my eye way more so than the RT's. So same questions, tank mates, pair, etc. except with Green Terrors.

    120g Red Terror Tank

So I saw someone talking about Red Terrors on here and I currently am looking for what to stock my 120g with once it cycles. I looked into them and they seemed pretty interesting to me. You guys think I could have a pair in a 120g? If so (and this may be a stupid qustion) is there any other tank...

    Total Beginner and Geek

Also, don't forget that Endlers, like most live bearers, will breed EXTREMELY rapidly and may take over your tank. With a larger tank like yours and heavily planted the fry are likely to survive and take over the tank so be ready to have a place for the endlers.

First day with new 85g tank

I had the same problem with my overflow box and used the sponge idea. It defiantly helped but it still did make some noise. Eventually though you do get used to it.

    120g Freshwater Setup/Stock

So, tore down my 120 salt. Couldn't keep up with the maintenance/price so I decided a freshwater setup would be more suitable for me. I vinegar cleaned absolutely everything twice and figured I'd use mostly everything. I have a 32g sump for filtration and thought I'd use my 220g coralife protein...

    Dragon.goby's 120g Build!!!

Ok update time! I got a new protein skimmer because my pump broke on my old one and thought that this one wouldn't get the job done. It's a coralife 220g skimmer and looked great for the price. I also ordered a new powerhead, sand, the rest of my live rock, a ro/di system, and a few small things...

    Dragon.goby's 120g Build!!!

Ok update time guys! Sorry I didn't get to it sooner, I've been super busy. Anyway, I got about 60lbs of LR for now and I'll be getting the rest sometime after Christmas when I'm not so busy. Not 100% on the aquascape but I can't really determine anything permanent until I get the rest of my LR...

    Dragon.goby's 120g Build!!!

Ok thanks! Although I would love to have one, but I wish to have crabs and shrimp. They sound like a fish I may get in another tank. Another question, how long should I keep my lights on for? I read somewhere that too much lighting will cause the diatoms/Dino's to grow faster and if I cut down...

    Dragon.goby's 120g Build!!!

They don't look bubbly but they they are kinda stringy looking. And I can work the money thing out later, and live aquaria said they only need 50g. Is this true? Sent from my iPhone using Aquarium Advice

Ok guys I have 2 questions for you: 1. How long should I be leaving my lights on for 2. Are these diatoms or dinoflagellates?
