11W for 17(U.S.) gallon / 64 liter...enough for plants?

I am assuming that I am going to have to replace the light on my tank, if I want to grow plants. 11w just doesn't seem like a lot to me.

This is the light :

I plan on planting pretty densely.

I don't think that light will work... try somthin t5 or t5ho. They are relativley inexpensive, and will work very well. Also, ferts, c02?

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Bummer, I liked the look of the light. What if I just added a second one of the same. Might that work? Or is that type of light really just for lighting the tank?

As for fertilizers /c02 -- yup, they're both part of my evil plan of planted tank domination (muhahaha)
