20g Long Build

My brother decided that he wants a 20g. So we have been talking about it. He wants to keep it as cheap as possible. He wants lots of small and colorful fish. Any ideas? I told him he should do purple passion danios. He wants the tank to have lots of hiding places.

Of course. I have a ton of tanks and have been on here for a long time. I will seed the filter with some of my established media. I told him about cycling too. And I know it isn't cheap... LOL I have 5 tanks. He has $200 to spend right now but more soon.
