I can't see any white spots in the pictures. But if you're sure they have it, raise your temp to about 84-86 and do daily 50% water changes. I've had luck with that method and it's good for salt intolerant fish.
 
The parasites have a life cycle stage where they are free swimming in the water, and one where they are attached to the fish (which is when you see the spots). Raising the water temp will make their life cycles go faster, and doing big water changes will remove them from the water when they are at the free swimming stage.
