I had always wanted to set up a reef tank. After this was given to me as a gift I ventured into the world of reef keeping. This tank was set up on October 30, 2010. After the tank cycles I would like to keep a pair of Black and White Ocellaris Clownfish along with some other fish (perhaps a Red Mandarinfish.) I would like to also keep a variety of corals. I ordered a 45 lb. box of Fiji Standard Live Rock from Drs. Foster and Smith Live Aquaria. It ships today and should arrive on Thursday. I also purchased 40 lbs. of Caribsea Arag-Alive Special Grade Reef Sand form my LFS. I will be adding this sand on Thursday. Any comments and constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated. I will keep this thread updated as best as I can.

I received the live rock today. I put it in the tank and added the sand. The tank is still a bit cloudy so I will post pics as soon as it clears up.

No don't wait, post a picture as you go...
BTW welcome aboard.
