I was just wondering if anyone else's Wrasse digs tunnels under their rock? I have only had the Wrasse for about 5 days and it does some pretty weird interesting stuff. It is such a beautiful fish!!!!

First.... Welcome to AA. Whereabouts in Ohio are you??

Mine doesn't dig "tunnels", but it definitely roots around the base of the rocks in the sand..... every once in a while, he'll turn around and do a few tail-kicks in the sand to clear some out of the way to get at something he really wants. I've had mine out of QT for about a month now, and he's an awesome little fish!!

Thanks! Mine has completely dug out a tunnel under my rock through to the other side. I always seem to get the odd fish! Lol!

That looks like AA isn't set up for Vietnamese. Anyway, the six line wrasse is definitely a digger. They do it to hide at night in their little smell proof mucous bubble. But in the confines of a tank, I think they like to decorate because its a home not a hotel.
