75 Gallon Peacock Stocking

Hello I am about to start my 75 gallon aquarium. I would like to get some ideas on stocking. I want to keep just Peacock's. I would like whatever I initially put into the tank be whats in the tank when the fish are adults. Thank you for your suggestions!
