90 gallon from craigslist

Hey,
I found a 90 gallon tank for sale on craigslist going for $300. The tank comes with an oak stand, canopy, lights, protein skimmer & extra stuff. Would this be a good deal?

I just found a free 150 tank myself. LOL my b/f would kill me.

Found another 90G. going for $150
Comes with light, heater, filter, bubbler, decorations.
One of the cabinet doors has a hinge problem but that can probly be fixed.
