??? About light cycles?

I have a 125 gallon tank I'm just added my first set of polyps and am goin to be adding an anenomie and some coral over the next month or so . I have anitic lights and regular white light s what kind of cycle should I put them on? Right now I have both set on timers to run 12 hours each, white light during the day and anitic at night. I. Not sure of how log I should run them?

I have my blues come on at 2pm and the whites come on at 3pm then whites off at 7pm and blues off at 9pm. Occasionally ill use led's in the evening for an hour or 2 but I let the tank have complete darkness for the rest of the time.
I have found this best for my tank to keep unwanted algae etc away.
12 hours on is a lot.

And keep in mind the lunar LEDs don't do anything other tham make you happy. I never turn mine off as I don't have a third timer.
