About to start cycling a 20 gallon

I read the fast way to cycle with a fishless cycle was with seeded bacteria and pure ammonia. I have the seeded sponges in a bag but have no found pure ammonia yet. Is it ok to put the seeded martial in before I dose the ammonia? or can I only put it in after?

Id go ahead and put it in, you can buy some shrimp at the grocery store, put them in pantyhose until u find some ammonia.
