What's the best way to acclimate amano shrimp? Just like how you acclimate new fish? Drip method? Thanks.

Drip acclimation it is. That's what I do when I get new fish. Just wasn't sure if it's the same wit shrimps. Thanks.

I read that acclimating shrimp isn't as big of a deal. Since they are tolerant to harsher water. I didn't use the drip method, well I kind of did. I just used a (unused) medicine dropper.

That's funny everything I have seen says that they are more sensitive to changes in water parameters.

I agree, they are sensitive to changes and need very clean water to thrive.

What I've been told as well, they are extremely sensitive

Amanos are a little hardier than rcs and a lot hardier than CRS so amanos would have the best chance without a slow acclimation. They can still be very sensitive though.

I'm getting the amano shrimp today according to USPS. I'll do drip acclimation for an hour. 4-5 dps. Thanks everyone.
