Acclimating Plants

Question for those who have fuges, do you acclimate you plants or do you just toss them in. It was just a wierd thought I had and I never really read anything about it.

Good question. I've never really heard or read anything about it. Where I work, we just put them right in after floating. Temp acclimation should be practiced on anything that's alive...except live rock. That don't float

yeah, as long as your salinity is in a good range, the difference from the water it came it won't matter. plants are alive, but very different from animals in terms of acclimation.

I just tossed my chaeto in and it's doing great.
